What we do with your details.

Last updated 10 July 2026

Allday OS is a small, founder-led product. This page explains what happens to your information when you book a demo. If anything here is unclear, email hello@alldayos.com and a person will answer.

What we collect

Only what you type into the demo form: your name and email, and - if you choose to give them - your company, phone number, contact preference, and anything you write in the message box. We don't ask for anything else, and there are no hidden trackers collecting it in the background.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

We use your details for one thing: to reply to your request and arrange a demo of Allday OS. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask to see the product. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell or share it.

How it's handled and where it goes

When you submit the form, your details are emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery provider based in the United States, which is how the message reaches our inbox. We do not store your details in any database, CRM, or spreadsheet - they live in our email inbox and nowhere else. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes the request in transit and runs a bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on the form to keep out spam; Turnstile is cookieless and does not track you across sites.

No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and shows no consent banner because it has nothing to consent to. Visitor numbers are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we're in contact about a demo or a possible working relationship. If that goes nowhere, we delete the correspondence. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email hello@alldayos.com and we'll sort it. If you're in the UK and think we've mishandled your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
